Sam and the girls are moving back to Vermont to be with her family cause her dad has cancer and isn't doing well and this makes us really sad. Sam was my first friend in Germany and lived right across the hall so we went through everything together. She was the first one I told when I was pregnant with Jack and brought me food to keep me alive when I was soooo sick through that pregnancy. I just can't imagine her not being around. So they have been packing up their house and McKenzie's birthday is this week so Annie, Mar, and I decided to throw a BBQ at our house for her birthday. The kids had a blast and love playing with each other. I'm really going to miss them.
