Feb and March 2019

February came and went super-fast. Both boys played basketball on Post. Kaleb was not happy about it but we felt like it was time for him to get out of his comfort zone. He ended up enjoying it and He was on Coach Jeff's team, so it helped that he knew him from Jack's other sports.

March 2019
decided dark hair wasn't for me. When I first walked into the hair salon on post the lady told me it was going to take a lot of treatments and money to get my hair back to blond. This was the first step of many visits.

We made our pizzas for Valentine's Day

The boys are still arguing all the time, so Dad is still taping them up and making them work together

Lots of playing behind the marina

Even Mamaw loves Barrett ;)

I love the tree in our front yard this time of year
Barrett and Lucci have a play date everyday. They love each other and romp around like crazy. Sometimes people think they are fighting and will stop and ask Stella and I if we need help LOL we let them know they are perfectly fine.

Carmelo joined the Army last year. After A school he was sent to Bethesda to train and become an LPN. He graduated on March 22 and I'm so glad I was able to see it.

2019

I am updating this in 2022 so the posts probably won't have a lot of detail but these are some pictures that I don't want to forget :)

I turned 36 this year with a simple night in with my favorites!

Barrett and his best friend Lucci wanting for the boys to get off of the bus

We got our first snow of the year! Barrett loved it and I thought it was a perfect night for potato soup and homemade bread bowls.

Now that the boys are getting older, they want to snowboard. Josh is so excited about this because he loves snowboarding. the big problem is I don't know how to snowboard or ski. I told him that I'm willing to learn so we can do this as a family, but he had to pay for me some lessons because when he tried to teach me in Germany, I wanted a divorce! lol just kidding

On Jan. 14th we got up early and drove 2 hours to Massanutten Ski Resort and spent the day. I think the boys thought they were going to be professional the first time they got on a board so there were lots of tears and wanting to go home during their lessons. I took lessons as well and got comfortable on skis but will definitely be on the bunny hill a while.

Barrett loves waiting for the boys to get off of the school bus! We just love him so much. He loves to be warm and lay by the fire.

Our good friends Ken and Shelby were celebrating the 25th anniversary of the start of his company and paid for all the workers and some of us from the neighborhood to stay the weekend at Massanutten! So we spent an entire weekend playing in the snow and even the water! We had a blast! We love our neighbors!
