Merry Christmas!!!

We were so glad to spend Christmas together as a family this year! We had a great Christmas. We had all three sets of Missionaries from our ward for dinner.
Santa brought them roller blades!

Uncle Mello got the boys a kayak for Christmas and since it was 70 degrees and I had to turn my AC on we took it down to the marina and gave it a try.

You know he is serious when his tongue is out haha

Josh hooked a rope to Kaleb in case he got out there and freaked out. He did really good!

Kaleb's holiday program and American Ninja Warrior Course

Kaleb had his Christmas program at school and of course he didn't sing any of the songs and didn't look up much. haha I used to get so aggravated when he would do this but this fall while in WV I found my kindergarten picture and can say he comes by it honest. LOL

The boys love the new show American Ninja Warrior. When they watch it they jump up and down and make courses out of little stuff in the house. Daddy decided to surprise them with a course of their own!

The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year!

This year we went to Busch Gardens with Scott, Missy, Breckyn, and Jaron Redding. I loved the way they had it decorated for Christmas. It reminded me a lot of living in Europe. The kids had a great time with their friends and my favorite part was the fake snow they had blowing when you first entered the park!

Next we decorated for Christmas at home

Did I mention that it's been unusually warm!!!

The boys decorated their own tree

And.....Willie came back for the season!

I loved the look in Kaleb's eyes when he would she Willie and talk to hime.

We tried something new this year and made cranberry popcorn garland for the boys' tree
With Jack being in school now I got to make teachers gifts! He picked out the fabric and thread color and helped me as much as he could.

We had Alexa and Kenny over to decorate cookies

Kaleb even sat on Santa's lap this year and told him what he wanted. The both asked for roller blades :)

It was unusually warm for the month of December so we pretty much knew we weren't going to have a white Christmas so we decided to make snowflakes and make our own snow.

And of course we made goodies for Santa!

The unit FRG had a really fun girl's night at the paint place. It was fun and obviously Sonja is an artist! She didn't even start with the template outlined for her.  When I brought mine home a couple hours later I said something about my sunflower and my mom started laughing and said "Is that what that's supposed to be?"

We are still loving living in Harbor View! We are making great friends and have the best neighbors ever! These are pictures from the annual bonfire and Christmas caroling at the marina.

This year we did a secret santa drawing with Joe, Steph, Sophie, Emily, Liv, Justin, Jacob, and Alex and had our Christmas party and gift exchange the Wed. before Christmas. I can't believe I don't have any pics but here is the cake I made for the party :)
