And the Holidays begin

Christmas is my favorite time of the year!! I love the lights, the music, and all the cheezy stuff that comes along with it :) The other night I went to walmart and when I got home Josh had put the tree up so it was ready to decorate!

Luckily I had enough fabric to make Kaleb's stocking match Jacks

Jack decorated the kitchen door

and Kaleb loves the lights. Yes he is wearing Jack's PJ's from last year. He is my chunker :)

We even decided to pull out the big snowman and put him on the porch to wave at all the neighbors haha

Jack loves the noman :)

Family Time

On Friday we went to Carrie's home town of Rupert and watched Santa turn on all the lights in town. I was so impressed with this whole thing. For it to be such a small town they really go all out :)

Burrrrr it was cold

Santa's Workshop

On Saturday everyone that was left in town went bowling had we all had a blast!

Jack and Taylee played ski ball haha

Happy Thanksgiving

We got to go to Idaho for Thanksgiving this year and it was so nice to be with Family. All of Josh's brothers and sisters were there so total we had 44 people at dinner. Needless to say we couldn't all fit in Grandma's kitchen so we had dinner at the firehall which the kids loved because they all played in the firetrucks the whole time. Jack loved the firetrucks. It was such a blessing to be with Family this year for the holiday and I hope we get to go every year :)

Jack got to drive the Firetruck back in the garage with Grandpa after taking the family picture and that made hime super happy

My growing boys

On November 4th I took the boys in for their well baby and well child visits. They are both growing great and healthy.

Jack ~ 31.1 pounds and 36 inches tall
Kaleb ~ 18 pounds 14 ounces and 26.5 inches tall
I was so surprised when they told me that Kaleb was almost 19 pounds at 6 months old. Jack didn't weigh that until he was a year haha.
I love that they are starting to interact with each other.

Happy 2nd Birthday Jack

We had the movers from NC bring our stuff on Jack's birthday so we did a lot of unpacking then just did a family party that evening and had Jack's favorite dinner, Little Cesar's Pizza, and cake.

Mommy's and her birthday boy

Before we left Germany we got Jack this really cool leap pad leaptop computer that you can program his name into and it sends him personal emails. The plan was to give it to him on the plane so he would have something new to occupy his time. I didn't want him to see it until we were on the plane so it would be brand new so I hid it. Well, I hid it so good that the movers found it and packed it LOL so it became his birthday present. Yes I wrapped it in moving paper. Hey, we had it laying everywhere LOL

I think he like it :)

The next day Annie stopped by and gave him this cool truck that shoots boulders. He has had a lot of fun with that LOL

On Sunday we went to Sam's for dinner and Maddie and McKenzie had gotten him this school bus and he has carried it everywhere ever since :) He is such a lucky boy to have such great friends.

Trunk or Treat

Last Saturday we went down to Canon City to visit our friends from Germany Matt and Steph Purdy. All the businesses in their town was giving the kids candy so we went down early so Jack could trick or treat with their kids. We spent the afternoon with them at their house then went to their Wards trunk or treat party. We had so much fun and this was Jack's first time trick or treating because he was to young last year. Mandy gave us this dragon costume that was so cute but Jack's head was to big for the hood haha
