Play Group

I've been going to this new parent group and I really like it. Jack loves playing with the kids.




A couple of us have decided twice a month isn't enough so we are going to meet once a week and let the kids play so we can gossip ;) This was our first play group and it was at my house. I'm so excited for next week to see how Jack does with someone else's toys

This is the chair that I feed Jack in. I put him in it before I went to the kitchen to make his dinner and when I walked back over this is what I found. He wasn't even crying. Strange Kid :) I guess it's time for me to use the highchair


I have been reading that avocado is really good for brain development so I decided let Jack try some today. I don't think he is a fan

I love how Jack studies everything he touches. This week his fav toy is a chip clip and yes he figured out how to open it and clipped it onto one of his toys.


I guess Jack got hot while he was playing, instead of napping like he should have been doing, in his crib today cause this is how I found him when I went in to get him cause he decided to scream bloody murder!

Thanks aunt Kelly for the cool table. Jack loves all the lights and music and i want to especially thank you for adding another toy that makes noise to my house. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone!!!!

That's right, the sun has left Germany!! We had to pull the sweat shirts and warm pants back out today. Gotta love this weather :)

Let's sew mommy

Every time I start sewing Jack loves to watch me or my machine while it's embroidering. It's so cute cause he will slowly but surely make his way over to it. :)

I love this little boy sooo much. All I have to do is look at him and he gets so excited!

I think i've lost my mind!

That's right folks, I've been using cloth diapers!!! I actually like it. What surprises me is that the things I thought would gross me out don't but things i never thought of get me like how hot they are cause of the thickness and with Jack's sweating he gets hot and wants out of them sometimes, and another thing is the smell. It's not the smell of urine its more like the smell of a wet rag that has set to long. Anyway I'm going to stick to it a few weeks and see how it goes. My friend loaned me these diapers so I didn't have to invest without using them.

FLOOD!

Obviously it has been raining a lot in West Virginia! lol That is my mom building where their business used to be. I just noticed there is two buildings so ours is the brown one with the white columns on the balcony. The water is all the way to the second level! My mom said the water came up in under an hour so there was no time to prep and get things up to the second levels. What's sad is it does this at least once a year but usually the flooding is in May so they thought they got lucky this year and it missed them :)

BUMP IT!!!

I hope i don't offend anyone with this post but it has to be done! So We were sitting around at the shower talking about this and that and i said something about Josh liking the Idaho "poof" and how he is always asking me to do my hair like that but I won't cause I don't really like it and at the same time Mariana and Sam say yeah the bump it. I was like the what it??? So then sam gets up walks to her house and brings back these contraptions, yes different sized incase you're felling extra "poofy" So of corse we have to play with them. Oh and Josh, when you read this post don't get to excited cause I had her take them back home :) I promise we were SoBeR!
